Emberline · A BlueCollar Foundry Product

Measure the opening. See what fits. Close in the home.

Emberline is the fireplace sales tool I built for my own chimney & fireplace company. Your tech measures the firebox, the app shows every unit in your catalog that actually fits, and the customer gets a branded, priced estimate before you're back in the truck. It runs on a phone or tablet in the home, and it embeds on your website so homeowners can check their own fireplace and send you the lead.

Built for the hearth trade: chimney & fireplace companies, dealers, and distributors. On the call, I'll show you Emberline running on your catalog, your pricing, and your brand. No slides. The real tool.

Built in a Real Shop

This isn't software from a software company.

I built Emberline because my own techs needed it. Fireplace sales used to mean measuring the opening, driving back to the shop, digging through spec sheets to figure out which inserts actually fit, and emailing an estimate days later. By then the customer had three other quotes or cold feet.

Now the fit math happens at the kitchen table. Gas, wood, pellet, electric, gas logs: every unit in the catalog checked against the measured opening for height, width, and depth, ranked best fit to doesn't fit, with specs and options right there. The customer watches their estimate get built in front of them, priced and branded, before the truck leaves the driveway.

That's the tool. It runs in my company every day, and it's the same in-home selling approach I teach on the consulting side: the job usually goes to whoever quotes first, and nobody quotes faster than the one who prices it right there in the home.

If a tool can't survive a Monday morning at my own shop, I won't put it in yours.
Two Ways to Run It

In the home, and on your website

Same engine, two doors. Your salespeople use it in the customer's living room, and your website visitors use it to send you leads with measurements attached.

  1. The in-home sales tool

Your tech or salesperson runs Emberline on a phone or tablet during the visit. Measure the opening, and the app does the rest: every unit that fits, ranked, with clearance math shown plainly so the customer can see why. Configure the options, and hand over a branded, priced estimate on the spot. One visit, one decision, no callback limbo.

  2. The website widget

Embed Emberline on any website, customer-facing. Homeowners measure their own fireplace, see which units fit, and request the quote. Every lead that comes in already has measurements and a shortlist attached, so your first visit starts where most companies' third visit ends. Your site stops being a brochure and starts being a salesperson.

Four steps, start to signed

  1. Step 1

    Measure the opening

Height, width, depth. Whether it's your tech with a tape measure or a homeowner on your website, the measurements go in once.

  2. Step 2

    See everything that fits

Emberline checks the whole catalog against the opening: gas, wood, pellet, electric, and gas logs, ranked best fit to better fit, with the clearance math shown for every dimension. Units that don't fit say so, honestly.

  3. Step 3

    Configure the job

Specs, options, liners, surrounds: the details that turn a unit into a quote, pulled from the catalog instead of memory, with the unit manual as the final word on clearances.

  4. Step 4

    Hand over the estimate

Branded with your company, priced with your numbers, delivered while you're still in the home. In website mode, it arrives in your inbox as a lead with the measurements and shortlist already attached.

Your catalog. Your pricing. Your brand.

Emberline isn't a generic app with your logo dropped in a corner. It's configured around your actual line card: the manufacturers you carry, the units you stock, the prices you charge, and the way your estimates should look when a customer holds one.

Chimney & fireplace companies, hearth dealers, and distributors: on a free call I'll show you the real tool running, then we'll talk about what it looks like on your catalog. Pricing is straightforward and I'll give it to you on the call, no games.

One visit

from measurement to a priced, branded estimate

The same day the truck is in the driveway, not three days and two phone calls later.
