Eric Jaber
Founder of BlueCollar Foundry. The owner who actually builds with AI. Fifteen-plus years owning small businesses. A chimney & fireplace company in Bucks County, PA, built into a multi-million-dollar operation, with AI quoting tools and marketing systems I built myself. I talk about what I've actually done, in plain language, for rooms that are tired of theory.
Three talks. Every one built on receipts from my own company.
-
Signature Keynote
The Giving Loop: Do Good Locally. Get Known Everywhere.
- How a quarterly charity partnership became my best marketing channel: the whole system, start to finish.
- The Kisses for Kyle story: our trucks delivering donated gifts, and the +15% revenue month that followed.*
- What your audience can start running in the next 60 days, step by step.

AI for the Trades: What I Actually Built (and What It Actually Did)
- Live examples from my own company: the quoting tools and marketing systems I built and use every day.
- Where AI actually pays off in a local service business, and where it's just a shiny distraction.
- How to start small, with tools you own. No big vendor contract required.
-

The Toolbelt Generation: Talking to Students (and Parents) About Trades, AI, and Owning Your Work
- An honest look at how AI is reshaping entry-level work, and why the trades are a real path, not a fallback.
- How families can have the college-or-trades conversation without it turning into a fight.
- What owning your work means, from someone who went from managing restaurants to owning the trucks.
*One campaign, one company, and the company was mine. Your results will vary, and I'll show any room exactly what we did.
How fees work
Every engagement starts with a conversation. Tell me about your event and your budget, and we'll sort out fit before we talk money.
Quoted per event, plainly, on a 15-minute call. School and nonprofit rates available.
One campaign, up 15%
I don't have a highlight reel. I have a result. We ran the Giving Loop with Kisses for Kyle, a local charity supporting families with children battling cancer. Our trucks and crew managed and delivered donated gifts across the area, and my company's revenue was up 15% the month the campaign ran.
What I bring to your stage is the exact playbook, not a promise.
Operator first. Speaker second.
I'm Eric Jaber, from Warrington, PA. College never fit. I learned more managing restaurants to pay for it than I did in class. Since then I've owned and operated several small businesses across fifteen-plus years, bought commercial real estate, and built a chimney & fireplace company in Bucks County into a multi-million-dollar operation. When the software I needed didn't exist, I built it myself: AI-powered estimating tools and marketing systems that run in my own company today. Every talk gets the same thing I bring to a job site: plain language, real numbers, and nothing I haven't tested on my own business first.
How it runs
- Keynote: the Giving Loop or AI for the Trades, sized to your event, with Q&A.
- Half-day workshop: hands-on, built around the businesses in the room.
- Parent night / PTO program: 75-90 minutes plus Q&A, with a free take-home conversation guide for every family.

Let's talk about your event
Fill out the speaker inquiry form and I'll come back with a straight answer: fit, date, and fee. If I'm not the right speaker for your room, I'll say so.
