I only speak about things I've actually done.
Fifteen-plus years owning small businesses, including the Bucks County chimney & fireplace company where all of this got built. The AI tools we use? I built them. The charity campaign I talk about? We ran it, trucks and all. Three talks, one rule: everything on the screen comes from my own shop. Now booking fall 2026 and spring 2027.
Three talks. Zero theory.
Each talk works as a keynote or a workshop. Tell me about the room and I'll fit the format to it.
-
The Giving Loop: Do Good Locally. Get Known Everywhere.
How a quarterly charity partnership became my company's best marketing channel. The full story of our campaign with Kisses for Kyle: from the nomination post, to our trucks delivering donated gifts, to the +15% revenue month that came with it.* Your audience leaves with:
- Why letting the community pick the charity changes the whole campaign
- The exact “tag for charity” mechanics we ran, card script and all
- A version they can start running in the next 60 days
*The +15% figure is one campaign at my own company. Your results will vary. The talk shows exactly what we did so you can judge for yourself.

AI for the Trades: What I Actually Built (and What It Actually Did)
Operator proof, not consultant theory. Built for chambers, trade associations, and contractor groups. I show the quoting tools, follow-up systems, and marketing automation I built for my own trucks and techs, live, and talk plainly about what each one changed. Your audience leaves with:
- Which jobs AI is genuinely good at in a service business, and which it isn't
- Live examples from a real shop, not a slide deck of promises
- A plain-English starting point for an owner with no tech person
-
The Toolbelt Generation: Talking to Students (and Parents) About Trades, AI, and Owning Your Work
For schools, CTE programs, and parent nights. College never fit me; the trades did. Now AI is redrawing the map for both roads. A straight conversation about what's changing, with respect for every path and zero fearmongering. Your audience leaves with:
- An honest picture of what AI changes about entry-level work
- How trades plus technology becomes ownership, not just a job
- A free take-home resource for every student and family
Straight answers, like any good quote.
Every engagement starts with a conversation. Tell me about the room, the audience, and what you want them walking out with. Then we land on the right format and the right number.
Fees are straightforward and sized to the room: school and nonprofit rates, business and association rates, and half-day workshop rates. Tell me about your event and I'll give you the number on a quick call, no games. Every engagement starts with a conversation either way.
I'm based in Warrington, PA. Bucks and Montgomery Counties are an easy drive, regional travel is on the table, and every talk works virtually.
A signed agreement and a 50 percent deposit hold your date; the balance is due the day of the event. Need to move it? One date change is free with 30 days notice.
Booking a school? My compliance pack (PA clearances, certificate of insurance, W-9) is being completed now and will be in hand before any fall 2026 event; you get copies with the contract, and the current status of every item is always on my safeguarding page. And a hard line I keep at every school event: I never pitch paid programs to students. The only student- or parent-facing takeaway is a free resource.
Need something to forward to a committee or a board? The printable one-sheet puts the talks, fees, and logistics on a single page.
